This study to determine whether Quality The Work Life and empowerment have an effect in Organizational Citizenship Job Satisfaction as mediating variables for supporting staff Perda Perkada enforcement activities the Satpol PP Agency of Pekalongan City. method used is a quantitative with 120 members research subject. Linear regression Software version 19 was data analysis method. From this research, it shows that there positive significant (QWL) on Agencies There Behavior (OCB) City, insignificant Empowerment (OCB), has (OCB). results Sobel test, mediates And mediated by job satisfaction, because not satisfaction total OCB being able mediate relationship between two effects
